Questions Indian Buyers Ask First
What is the price range for this machine?
Pricing depends on configuration — insert mode, bag size range, and speed tier. Contact us with your product spec and we will send a formal quotation within 24 hours. We do not publish list prices because each machine is configured to order.
Does it work with 415V Indian power supply?
The standard machine runs on 3-phase 380V ±5%. For Indian factories on 415V or with grid instability, we specify Mitsubishi servo drives with wider input tolerance and recommend an appropriate voltage stabiliser. This is reviewed as part of the technical consultation — no extra charge.
How long does delivery to India take?
Manufacturing lead time is 45–75 days. Sea freight to Indian ports (Nhava Sheva, Chennai, Mundra) is approximately 18–25 days. Installation and commissioning on-site takes 10–15 days. Total from order confirmation to running line: approximately 3–4 months.
Can it connect directly to our existing production line?
Yes. The machine is designed as an end-of-line packaging solution. We review your existing line layout and configure the conveyor interface and infeed mechanism to match your current equipment output. Most integrations require no modification to the production machine itself.
What after-sales support do you provide in India?
Remote diagnostic support via video call within 24 hours. On-site engineer dispatch for critical issues within 7–10 business days. Spare parts shipped from our factory within 3 business days of order. All Mitsubishi servo components are also available through Mitsubishi India distributors as a backup sourcing channel.
Can we see the machine running before we commit?
Yes. We offer a video Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) where you observe the machine running at rated speed with your bag specifications before it leaves our factory. Customers are also welcome to visit our Jinjiang facility for an in-person trial run.
